Terms of Service

By booking, dropping a trailer, sending freight, parking equipment, or using any of our services or premises, you (the "Customer" — including your drivers, carriers, and agents) agree to these terms and to the rates posted on crossdocklaredo.ai.

These terms cover all handling services we provide: crossdock, transload, unloading, loading, rework, repalletization, inspection, storage, trailer parking, and any related handling ("Services"), at any warehouse or yard we operate in Laredo, TX.

The rates posted on the website apply to standard, palletized, non-bonded freight booked through the website. Floor-loaded freight, oversized or overweight cargo, and special handling are quoted separately. We may adjust rates at any time; final charges are determined when the work is complete. Extra work found during the job — broken pallets, damaged packaging, re-wrapping, restacking — is billed at the posted or prevailing rates.

We may refuse any freight, trailer, or service request at our sole discretion — including freight that is unsafe, improperly packed, hazardous, overweight, oversized, or otherwise unsuitable. Certain hazardous materials may be accepted only when agreed in writing before arrival. Accepted hazardous-material loads carry an additional $50 charge per trailer.

We assume no liability for loss, damage, theft, destruction, or deterioration of any merchandise, cargo, equipment, vehicles, trucks, trailers, containers, pallets, or other property while on our premises or in connection with any Services, regardless of cause — including negligence, fire, flood, weather, theft, vandalism, equipment failure, or employee error. You use our facilities and Services entirely at your own risk.

We do not offer temperature-controlled handling or storage at this time. Do not send freight that requires refrigeration, heating, or a controlled temperature. We are not liable for temperature-related damage or spoilage of any goods, including during brief exposure.

During rework, repalletization, or inspection, pallets can break, wrap can tear, and merchandise gets handled. You accept these inherent risks. Any additional rework or re-wrapping needed is billed at posted rates and must be paid before the freight or driver leaves.

Parking is billed per spot per month, starting on drop-off. The yard is gated, but vehicles, trailers, and their contents are parked at the owner's risk (see section 5). We may move parked equipment within the yard. Equipment left unpaid for more than 30 days may be treated as abandoned and is subject to our lien rights (section 9).

Storage is billed per trailer per day starting the next calendar day; same-day pickup is free. Long-term storage surcharges may apply after 1 month. We may hold freight, trailers, and equipment until all outstanding charges are paid in full, and we have a lien on goods in our possession for unpaid charges to the fullest extent Texas law allows.

You are solely responsible for insuring your cargo, vehicles, trailers, and equipment. We strongly recommend comprehensive cargo and property coverage. You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your freight, your equipment, your drivers, or inadequate insurance.

Payment is due when the work is complete and before freight or equipment is released, unless we have agreed terms in writing. We accept EFS, T-Check, Relay, ComCheck, and Zelle. Unpaid balances may accrue interest and collection costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute belongs exclusively in the state or federal courts of Webb County, Texas.

These terms and all posted rates are written in English. Any translation on this site is provided for convenience only — the English version controls all terms, rates, charges, and legal matters.

We may update these terms and the posted rates at any time. The version on this page applies to new bookings from its effective date.
